Shipping policy

Orders for eBook/PDF products are delivered digitally within a few minutes of the order being placed. Print books are fulfilled by Lulu Press, Inc. from print-on-demand facilities located around the world. After you place your order here, it will be reviewed by our staff and released into production. Printing typically takes 4 to 7 business days. Once an order has been released to production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Damaged or misprinted copies will be replaced free of charge.

When the order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information (all shipping options include tracking). Depending on the shipping method you select at checkout and your distance from a printing facility, shipping may take anywhere from one day to several weeks. An estimated delivery time will be provided for your specific order when it ships

If you have questions or your order appears to be taking an unexpectedly long time to ship, please contact store@sallyknorton.com and we will work with the printer to provide updated shipping estimates.
